1. Scope of application

All Sutta Siam Wellness & Foot Care services are provided exclusively on the basis of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions also apply to all declarations of intent, contracts and legal or legal transactions between our company and our customers and / or contractual partners. Any terms and conditions of the customer / contract partner that deviate from these terms and conditions do not apply. Counter-confirmations by a customer or contract partner with reference to their own terms and conditions are expressly rejected. These do not become part of agreements, contracts or the basis of a service provided by us, unless this is expressly confirmed in writing.

2. Services in general

The massages offered by Sutta Siam Wellness & Fußpflege are without exception wellness treatments that are used exclusively for relaxation, revitalization and health prevention. They do not represent a medical service or curative treatment. If there are health disorders that require treatment, or if such disorders are suspected, the customer is required to consult his doctor before using a massage.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

At the med. Pedicure, the customer is informed orally about the possible consequences, complications and the measures to be taken by the customer during the treatment. Documentation is provided in the index cards. Since the foot is treated with cutting and rotating instruments, tissue lesions can occur even with careful work. The liability of Sutta Siam Wellness und Fußpflege is excluded if the customer is harmed by a service that is based on incorrectly or inadequately supplied information by the customer. This refers exclusively, but primarily, to physical conditions, medical or drug requirements, activities outside of Sutta Siam Wellness and foot care or failure to follow the instructions given

and information.

For massage and foot care, known complaints such as allergies, physical limitations, pressure-sensitive skin, pregnancy or acute illnesses, in particular diseases of the cardiovascular system, vascular diseases, infectious diseases, febrile diseases and inflammatory processes, ulceration, hemophilia (blood disease), arteriosclerosis, Dermatoses and open wounds must be reported to Sutta Siam Wellness and Foot Care staff prior to treatment. If consequential damage occurs despite professional use, which can be traced back to the fact that a customer withholds reasons for exclusion, we are released from any liability. The same applies to damage that arises because the customer was not aware of a reason for exclusion and was not recognizable to us.

4. Appointments

Appointments can be made in the business premises, by email, telephone or WhatsApp. Appointments are only confirmed when Sutta Siam Wellness & Fußpflege has sent a confirmation email or confirmed it via WhatsApp. A late appearance on the agreed date can also be deducted from the treatment time in the interest of the following customers. No price reductions can be granted for shortening the treatment during the appointment as requested by the customer. The full treatment price according to the booking is to be paid.

1. Cancel an appointment

Appointments that cannot be kept must be at least 24 hours in advance

canceled. If the deadlines mentioned are not met, we reserve the right to charge a flat rate cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price. In the event of an unexcused non-appearance at an appointment, 100% of this can be billed or a voucher expires or withdrawn from the FamiliCard, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Gift Certificates

Vouchers are transferable to other people and are valid for 24 months. A cash payment of the voucher equivalent is excluded. The purchase contract for the voucher becomes effective upon delivery to the customer. The redemption can only take place after payment has been made. An appointment must be made to redeem it and the voucher must be brought to the appointment.

The voucher is only valid with the consecutive number and stamp / signature of Sutta Siam Wellness und Fußpflege. A combination with other discounts or promotions is not possible.

You can revoke your contract declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (letter, email, WhatsApp) or by returning the voucher. The timely sending of the cancellation or the voucher is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline.

6. Consequences of revocation

In the case of an effective cancellation, the mutually received benefits are to be returned. Obligations to reimburse payments must be met within 30 days. For you, the period begins when you send your declaration of revocation or the voucher, and for us when we receive it. Your right of revocation expires prematurely if the voucher has been used with your express consent before the end of the revocation obligation or if you have initiated this yourself.

7. Ten-room card (FamilyCard)

The family card is issued in your name. A transfer of the ten card (FamilyCard) is not possible. A payment of the equivalent value is also excluded. A combination with other discounts or promotions is not possible.

8. Prices

The current price list always applies. The last price list in each case loses its validity with the appearance of the new one.

The personal data transmitted to us will only be used for the purpose of processing your request or processing it. Your data will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties.

10. Place of jurisdiction / applicable law

The place of jurisdiction is Boppard. German law applies.

11. Final provisions

If parts or individual formulations of these terms and conditions do not, no longer or not completely correspond to the current legal situation, the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions remain unaffected in their content and validity.
